The Chase Sixth Form Celebrates Record Breaking A Level Success

The Chase Sixth Form is proud to announce an exceptional set of A Level and vocational results this summer, marking one of the strongest academic performances in the school’s history. A third of all A Level entries were awarded A* or A, with 80% achieving grades A*–C. Vocational outcomes were equally impressive, with half of all entries awarded a Distinction or Distinction*.

This year also saw The Chase achieve its highest ever Average Point Score per student, reflecting sustained excellence across the entire cohort and highlighting the strength of teaching and support within the Sixth Form.

Thirteen students achieved at least one A* and two A grades, demonstrating remarkable individual success. Among the top performers were Alex Neville, who achieved three A* grades and one A, and Isobel Keepax, who secured three A* grades.

Headteacher Mike Fieldhouse commended the students’ achievements: “Our students have excelled, with a record number securing their first‑choice university places or higher‑level apprenticeships. These results reflect their talent and hard work, as well as the dedication of our staff in equipping them for future success.”
