Year 7 students Shine at Poetry Slam Final

On Tuesday 1 April, five of our talented Year 7 students – Logan Burbage, Marley Haines, Harry State-Davey, Mo Arasi and Rory Davis – represented the school at the Poetry Slam 2025 Final, held at The Palace Theatre, Redditch.

The event marked the culmination of a county-wide poetry slam project involving schools from across Worcestershire, with students competing to discover “who has the X Factor” – in a poetic sense.

Our students performed brilliantly on stage, showcasing their creativity, confidence and flair for spoken word. We are extremely proud of their achievement and the way they represented the school.
