Data Support Officer

Grade: Scale 3 (Pts 5-6)

Actual Salary: £13,425 to £13,639 pa

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only + 1 TE day

We are looking for a skilled and approachable Data Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that the school’s data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively used to support decision-making, teaching, and operational planning. You will work closely with the Data Manager and IT Team, interpreting complex datasets, producing timely reports, supporting staff, and contributing to key projects and system implementations.

This part-time role is 22.5 hours per week. While we would ideally like the hours worked across 5 days, we are flexible and happy to accommodate alternative patterns where possible.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a strong background working with data, databases and Excel.

• Is confident extracting and manipulating data in Excel

• Is confident explaining data and systems to non-technical users.

• Can prioritise tasks effectively and work under direction.

• Is approachable, collaborative, and enjoys helping others.

• Has excellent attention to detail and ensures data is accurate and reliable.

Teacher of Physical Education and Dance

Salary: Mainscale 1 to UPS3 £32,916 - £51,048 pa (pro rata is part time)

Hours: Full Time or Potentially Part Time    

Contract: To cover Maternity Leave 

Start date: 1st January 2026  

A full-time teacher of P.E. and Dance is required to cover maternity leave. There is also the possibility of having the post as part time role by leading the BTEC Dance course at Level 2 and BTEC Performing Arts course at Level 3 alongside some core Physical Education lessons. There will also be a need to act as a form tutor each day. 

You will be required  to be versatile and confident, joining a strong, forward-looking team within a highly reputed department, with opportunities to teach across the Key Stages and ability/skills ranges, including in particular  BTEC Performing Arts Dance level 2 for year 10 and 11 groups,  BTEC Performing Arts level 3 year 13, alongside a range Key stage 3 and 4 Physical Education lessons. 

The department has a large examination commitment at Key Stages 4 and 5 and the ability to contribute to this is essential. There is also a strong element of after school enrichment through school clubs and fixtures which the successful candidate will be required to be a part of in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of friendly and supportive colleagues, and to work in a thriving and forward-thinking school, situated at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills.
