First Aid Room Officer

Grade: Scale 2 (pts 3 to 4) 

Actual salary: £4,626.80 - £4,699.38 per annum 

Hours: Part Time 8 hours per week 

Contract: Permanent

Start date: As soon as possible

We have an opportunity for a competent person to assist in the school’s First Aid Room. You will be the first point of contact for the first aid/medical needs of the school and will be expected to be a proactive member of the Pastoral Team. You will be working 8 hours a week, Thursdays & Fridays (10am to 2pm), Term Time Only, with occasional cover when required. You will ideally hold a First Aid/Management of Medicines in School qualification or will be willing to train with immediate effect. You will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to communicate effectively across all levels.

The successful candidate will be able to work with integrity and display sound judgment; respecting confidentiality at all times and have the confidence to work with young people.

Exams Invigilators

Salary: £14.49 per hour

Contract: Casual (as and when required)

The Chase is looking for suitably qualified and dedicated Exam Invigilators to be part of a team to provide support for the Examination Office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair administration of external and internal examinations to ensure the students have the best possible conditions in which to meet the requirements of the examination boards during each examination series. 

You will be required during the Exam seasons. 

Duties include:

  • To support the security of the examination rooms, exam papers, scripts and materials;
  • Dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing with examination irregularities in accordance with strict procedures;
  • Checking attendance during examinations and communicate with Examination Office as needed;
  • Collecting and collating scripts at the end of the examination.
